01 What does "static build" actually mean — will I be able to update it myself?
The site is built as plain files with no server or database — fast, cache-friendly, and hostable anywhere. Content lives in structured files you (or your developer) edit and rebuild; there’s no visual CMS in this package, which is what keeps the price fixed and the platform fee at zero.
02 Do I need a subscription to keep the site running?
No. You own the build outright. You’ll still pay for hosting and a domain — that’s yours to choose — but there’s no monthly fee to us or to a page-builder platform.
03 What’s included in "on-page SEO basics"?
Page titles, meta descriptions, a generated sitemap.xml and robots.txt, and clean heading structure on every template. Growth and Premium add structured data (JSON-LD).
04 How many revision rounds, and what counts as a revision vs a new page?
Three rounds, included at every tier. A revision is feedback on the templates already scoped; a new page beyond your tier’s template count is additional scope, quoted before it’s built.
05 Can this claim be checked, or do I just have to take your word for it?
It can be checked — this site is built the same way, on the record. No separate proof needed.
06 What if I need to cancel mid-build?
Full refund minus payment fees before Open begins; the 30% deposit is non-refundable once Open starts; work in Draft or Balance is invoiced against what’s actually delivered. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07 Is hosting included?
No — deployment to hosting you control is included; the hosting itself is billed by your provider, not by us.
