The six-stage method, brand identity design edition
- 01Open
2–3 days
Your brief, competitors you’re watching, and every asset type you actually need — written down and agreed before a single sketch starts.
A kick-off conversation or written brief, and a written scope you sign off before anything else starts.
- 02Audit
3–4 days
A teardown of your current identity: what's inconsistent across channels, what's missing entirely, what's actively costing you against competitors.
A short audit document specific to your service, used to brief stage 03.
- 03Direction
3–5 days
One direction committed and approved — not a wall of ten logo options to choose between.
One direction presented and signed off in writing.
- 04Draft
1–2 weeks
A full working pass: logo, palette, type and the core applications, presented as usable files, not a moodboard.
You review real, near-final work, not a concept sketch.
- 05Balance
1 week
Your package's revision rounds, reconciled against the brief and against the usability proof pass, not just against taste.
Your feedback, applied and checked, for the number of rounds your package includes.
- 06Close
3–4 days
Final files in every format you need, the guidelines document, source files, and IP transfer.
Everything lands in your inbox, in formats you can use without us, the day your final invoice clears.
Studio commitments
- Fixed prices. No hourly surprises.

Fit for, and not for
Fit for
- Replacing a founder-made or single-freelancer identity ahead of a raise, relaunch, or trade fair
- Needing every asset type — not just a logo — in formats your team can use without calling us back
- Wanting documented rules an in-house designer can extend on their own
Not for
- A quick colour or logo tweak on an identity that's otherwise working (see the extra revision add-on instead of a full package)
- An identity that's already complete and just needs applying to one new physical item (see Packaging & Print Design)
- Deciding what the company stands for before any visual work starts (see Brand Strategy & Positioning)
Questions about brand identity design
01 What exactly is "a logo system," not just a logo?
Every package includes a primary mark, a secondary/simplified mark for small placements, a colour palette, and a type pairing — specified together, not delivered as one flat file. Essential covers the core mark and system; Growth and Premium add the applications (signage, packaging-ready art, sub-brand variations) named in each tier’s includes list.
02 How many revision rounds do I get, and what happens if I need more?
Three, in every tier. A round means feedback on the current draft, applied once. Need a fourth? Add an extra revision round for €350 instead of restarting the project.
03 What formats do I actually receive?
Vector source files (AI/SVG/EPS), production-ready exports (PNG, PDF, favicon-ready assets), and — from Growth up — a guidelines document specifying clear space, minimum size and colour rules. Nothing arrives as a screenshot or a locked PDF you can't extend.
04 Can I buy Essential now and add the guidelines document later?
Yes. The extended guidelines document is a standalone add-on (€750) — no need to repurchase the whole package to get it.
05 What if I need to cancel after we’ve started?
Full refund minus payment-processing fees before Open begins. Once the 30% deposit clears and Open starts, that deposit is non-refundable; work in progress is invoiced against what’s actually been completed. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06 Is IVA included in the price shown?
No — prices are ex-IVA. Spanish IVA (21%) is added as a line at checkout; a valid non-Spanish EU VAT number triggers the reverse-charge mechanism instead.
07 Who owns the final files?
You do, in full, the day your final invoice clears — that’s stage 06, Close. Nothing is licensed back to us.
