How we work
Open the file. Close it properly.
Every project — whatever the service — runs through the same six-stage ledger. Nothing starts until stage one is written down and agreed; nothing is called finished until stage six closes it out.
- 01Open
typically 1–3 days
We open the file: your brief, constraints, budget and timeline, and what's already true about the business.
A kick-off conversation or written brief, and a written scope you sign off before anything else starts.
- 02Audit
typically 3–5 days
We map the terrain before we design anything — competitors, existing assets, what's working, what's actively costing you.
A short audit document specific to your service, used to brief stage 03.
- 03Direction
typically 3–5 days
We commit to one strategic and creative direction and get it approved before any deliverable is finished — no wall of unrelated concepts to choose between.
One direction presented and signed off in writing.
- 04Draft
typically 40–50% of the project timeline
A full working pass across every deliverable in the package, presented as usable pieces, not a mood board.
You review real, near-final work, not a concept sketch.
- 05Balance
typically 20–30% of the project timeline
Structured revision rounds that reconcile the draft against the brief and against real use — the number of rounds is fixed and published per package, not open-ended.
Your feedback, applied and checked, for the number of rounds your package includes.
- 06Close
typically 2–5 days
Final files, documentation or guidelines, source handoff, IP transfer, and the start of the support window.
Everything lands in your inbox, in formats you can use without us, the day your final invoice clears.

Process questions
01 What if I need more than the included revision rounds?
Add an extra revision round for €350 per round — a fixed price, not an hourly bill.
02 What if the timeline slips on our side, not yours?
We hold your kick-off slot for the timeframe agreed at Open. If feedback or assets are late on your side, stage dates move by the same number of days — nothing is bill-padded, but the original delivery date isn’t guaranteed either.
