Turnaround is published on every package — "from X weeks" is the earliest realistic delivery for that scope, assuming feedback comes back on schedule during Balance.

Stage dates move by the same number of days you were late. We hold your slot; we don't guarantee the original delivery date if the delay is on your side.

Yes — add Rush delivery (€900) to cut the published timeline by roughly 30%, subject to studio capacity when you book.

Final for the scope shown. If your project genuinely needs more than a tier includes, we quote the difference in writing before any extra work starts — never after the fact.

No. All prices are ex-IVA. Spanish IVA (21%) is added as a line at checkout; a valid non-Spanish EU VAT number triggers the reverse-charge mechanism instead.

Three, included in every package at every tier. Extra rounds are €350 each, added when you need them — not built into a higher price by default.

You do, in full, from the day your final invoice clears — that's stage 06, Close. We don't retain licensing rights over delivered work.

We retain project files for our own records for a reasonable period, but ownership and usage rights transfer to you at Close regardless.

Yes — a full refund, minus payment-processing fees, any time before Open begins.

The deposit is non-refundable once Open begins, because it secures a kick-off slot and studio time set aside for you. Work already completed at Draft or Balance is invoiced against what’s actually been delivered.
