Terms of Service

In compliance with Spain's Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), the following identifies the party responsible for this website:

We trade under the name above; no registered legal form should be read into the "Legal entity" row until one is confirmed. Our registered legal form, NIF/CIF and commercial registry entry are pending verification and will be published here once confirmed.

These terms govern your purchase of a design package or add-on through this website, and your use of the site itself. By completing checkout, you agree to them.

A contract is formed when we confirm your order at /order-confirmation/ — not merely when items are added to a cart. That page states the package(s), tier(s), payment plan, and price agreed; it's the confirmation record of your purchase, so save or print it. All prices are shown in EUR, ex-IVA. Spanish IVA (21%) is added at checkout as a separate line unless a valid non-Spanish EU VAT number is supplied, in which case the reverse-charge mechanism applies instead. Payment is either in full at checkout, or a 30% booking deposit now with the balance invoiced when the Open stage begins.

Every package is delivered against the fixed deliverables list published on its service page, through our six-stage method — Open, Audit, Direction, Draft, Balance, Close (see /process/). Work outside a package's published scope is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts.

Every package includes three revision rounds. Additional rounds are available as a paid add-on at the price published on the relevant service page and on /pricing/.

Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you on the date your final invoice clears — stage 06, Close, of our process. Before that point, and over any interim drafts, we retain ownership. We may, unless you tell us otherwise in writing, describe completed work generally in future portfolio updates without disclosing confidential business information.

We deliver the services described to a professional standard. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury). Beyond that, our liability for a given order is capped at the amount paid for that order.

If you're a consumer and a dispute can't be resolved directly with us, you can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute not resolved via the ODR platform is subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your place of residence.
