01 What if I don't like the direction?
Direction is approved before we build anything on top of it — you sign off stage 03 before stage 04 starts. If you want changes after that, they’re covered by your package’s revision rounds.
02 Can I cancel after I've paid?
Full refund minus payment fees any time before Open begins. After that, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what’s refundable and what isn’t.
03 Do I have to get on a call first?
No. Every package is buyable straight from the page. Talking first is offered, never required.
