Questions about motion & brand animation
01 What export formats do I actually get?
Named per package: 2 formats at Essential, 4 at Growth, 6+ at Premium — each specified by aspect ratio, duration cap and codec, not left as "we’ll figure out the right size later."
02 Do you animate a logo I already have, or does it need to be studio-built?
Either — bring an existing identity or buy Brand Identity Design first. We work from whatever vector source you have, as long as it’s a complete, current mark.
03 How many revision rounds, and can I request a different music/pacing later?
Three rounds, included at every tier, covering timing, pacing and easing changes. A full change of direction after Direction is approved (stage 03) is treated as new scope.
04 What if my identity changes mid-project?
A material identity change after Draft starts is new scope, quoted before it’s built — the published price holds for the identity agreed at Open.
05 What if I need to cancel after Draft?
Full refund minus payment fees before Open begins; the 30% deposit is non-refundable once Open starts; work already at Draft or Balance is invoiced against what’s delivered. Full terms: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
06 Do you provide the source project file, not just the exports?
Yes, at every tier — the editable project file ships alongside the final exports at Close.
07 Is IVA included in the price shown?
No — prices are ex-IVA. Spanish IVA (21%) is added as a line at checkout.
