Common questions about pricing
01 Are these prices with or without IVA?
Without. All prices shown are ex-IVA; 21% Spanish IVA is added as a line at checkout. A valid non-Spanish EU VAT number removes it under the reverse-charge mechanism.
02 What's the difference between paying in full and the 30% deposit?
Paying in full settles everything now. The deposit secures your slot for 30% now and the balance invoiced at kickoff — but it’s non-refundable once Open begins.
03 What happens if I want to cancel after paying the deposit?
The deposit itself isn’t refundable once Open starts; work already delivered at Draft or Balance is invoiced against what’s actually been completed. Full detail: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
